Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage our parts inventory.
- Procure aircraft parts at the most competitive prices.
- Promptly order items that are out of stock.
- Develop cost estimates and collaborate with the team on client quotations.
- Draft detailed purchase orders for effective account reconciliation.
- Aid in the processing of invoices and payments.
- Analyze technical drawings to determine specific parts requirements.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
- Prior experience in aviation or a deep understanding of aircraft components.
- Capability to interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Prior experience in a parts/supply chain purchasing role (3 years minimum).
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Stellar customer service skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Job Specifics:
- Type: Full-time
- Salary Range: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
