Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage our parts inventory.
  • Procure aircraft parts at the most competitive prices.
  • Promptly order items that are out of stock.
  • Develop cost estimates and collaborate with the team on client quotations.
  • Draft detailed purchase orders for effective account reconciliation.
  • Aid in the processing of invoices and payments.
  • Analyze technical drawings to determine specific parts requirements.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
  • Prior experience in aviation or a deep understanding of aircraft components.
  • Capability to interpret technical drawings and manuals.
  • Prior experience in a parts/supply chain purchasing role (3 years minimum).
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Stellar customer service skills.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Job Specifics:  

  • Type: Full-time  
  • Salary Range: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
