Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring all entries and ledgers are up-to-date.
• Manage all day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Produce monthly financial statements and reports to support decision-making.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements monthly.
• Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to prepare for annual audits.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements.
• Optimize accounting processes and recommend improvements as necessary.

 
Key Qualifications:  

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, etc.).
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

 
Job Specifics:  

• Type: Full-time
• Salary Range: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
