Fully Traceable Aircraft Parts, with AOG Shipping When You Need It

Send us a part number and we will get to work finding it. Hancock Aviation supplies fully traceable aircraft parts to maintenance shops, owners and operators, with purchase and exchange options, rotables in stock and AOG shipping when an aircraft is down. Our parts come from a working maintenance shop at Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport (KBTR), so the people answering your request know what the part does, what it fits and what paperwork your inspector will want to see.

Fully traceable, with the paperwork your inspector expects

Knowing where a part came from matters as much as the part itself. Every part we sell is fully traceable. Our parts usually come with an FAA Form 8130-3 and a Certificate of Conformity.

Tell us on the request form what documentation you need, and we will confirm what comes with the part before you buy.

Rotables, exchanges and condition options

We stock rotable parts such as wheels, brakes and starters, and we offer exchange options, which can save you time and money on rotables compared with an outright purchase. Tell us whether you want to buy outright, exchange, or see both options, and we will quote accordingly.

We offer parts in four conditions:

  • New
  • Overhauled
  • Repaired
  • As-removed

Tell us which conditions you will accept, and we will quote what fits your budget and your schedule.

Shipping and AOG support

We ship by FedEx and UPS to customers throughout the United States.

When an aircraft is on the ground, the part has to move now. For AOG requests, we can arrange counter-to-counter shipment or direct delivery to the aircraft. For AOG, email parts@hancockaviation.com and also call (225) 800-2359. If you use the form, check the AOG box.

Authorized dealer and installation products

In addition to sourcing parts, Hancock Aviation is an authorized dealer for these product lines, which we can supply and, for aircraft in our shop, install:

  • Blackhawk engine upgrades for turboprop aircraft, as an authorized Blackhawk dealer and installation center.
  • IS&S ThrustSense Autothrottle for King Air, PC-12, CJ2, CJ3, CJ4 and M2 aircraft, as an authorized dealer and installation center.
  • SureFly electronic ignition, as an Approved SureFly Installation Specialist.
  • Steinbach & Associates ConversionAir kits, which convert older R-12 aircraft air-conditioning systems to R-134a, for aircraft including King Air, Beech 1900, Baron, Bonanza, Duke, Learjet, Cessna and Piper models.
